Why we exist
Heavy-civil estimating is unforgiving. A missed quantity, an optimistic production rate, or a leveling error between three different trade quotes — any one of them can turn a winning bid into a losing job.
BidSync AI started as a single estimator’s spreadsheet: one model that ties production math to cost. It now keeps estimates, projects, field time cards and the general ledger in one company database, so an awarded bid seeds the project budget and time cards show up in job cost.
AI features in BidSync AI — plan scans, quote leveling, spec-to-RFI drafts — produce drafts. The estimator checks them; the number that goes into a bid is one a person approved.

Accounts are set up by BidSync. Packs are billed per seat, per month, through Stripe.
How the product is built
One company database
Estimates, projects, time cards and the ledger are records in the same company database. Awarding a bid seeds the project budget from the estimate, and time cards show up in job cost without re-entry.
AI output is a draft
AI is used for takeoff scans, quote leveling, spec-to-RFI drafts and invoice extraction. Every result is a draft for a person to check, and each plan-scan item carries its confidence and source page.
Access control
Every record is scoped to your company on the server, access is role-based, sign-in supports TOTP two-factor codes, and security events are written to an append-only audit log.
